Refund & Return Policy

1. Your right to return
You may return any unopened Hardero order within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with consumer rights principles aligned with Directive 2011/83/EU and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. No reason is required for a return within this period.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery;
- The product must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging;
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.
3. Non-returnable items
Opened product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
4. How to request a return
To initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day window at info@sproutforce.world with your order details. We will provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received in error or was defective.
5. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For payment-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer - please provide your account details when requesting the return.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@sproutforce.world. We will arrange replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
7. No subscription
Hardero is sold on a single-order basis. There is no automatic subscription, no recurring billing and no auto-renewal. Each order is a standalone transaction.
